Kyle’s goal was to have students see how effective an LLM chat interface could be as a customer relations management tool. Kyle provided several real-world and fictitious role-playing scenarios for the students to use as they interacted with the LLM chat interface. Students were asked to reflect on the conversations with the model in how it handled easy to more complex customer concerns.
