Saving and Sharing Course Materials
Workshop recording from Thursday, April 17, 2025

In this video, Allain Daigle discusses considerations for any faculty or staff who may want to save or share their published material and other resources. Allain touches on options for creating personal archives of Canvas courses and other non-Canvas material.

Demonstrates:

  • How to make backups of Canvas Courses
  • Exporting quizzes from Canvas
  • Downloading media items from Kaltura
  • Outlook access timelines

Timeline of access to PSU email and Office 365 apps

Faculty and staff (in most circumstances) can continue to use Office 365 Apps for 14 days after your separation date. After 14 days, you will no longer have access to the Outlook desktop email application, OneDrive, Teams, OneNote, G Suite, or any other Office 365 application.

For more details, see this “What happens when I leave Penn State?” FAQ page.
