Cross Campus Teaching Circles
CCTCs are provided as an opportunity to share informally with faculty from other campuses that share your issues and concerns, whether they are about a specific topic, like increasing student engagement in classroom activities, or common concerns within a discipline or group of disciplines, like how to deal with students who have to do make tests on lab skills. Sometimes a group of faculty from similar disciplines may meet over time to talk about several issues of interest to all or most of them. Often the greatest benefit of participation is hearing how other faculty deal with situations that are similar to yours and sharing each of your best approaches to solve them.
The session topics are intended to be broad and will be narrowed by the participants of the group.
All circles meet in Zoom at the times listed below. A calendar invite with the Zoom link will be sent to those who register. We will send a reminder email the week of the teaching circle.
